I think spelling is optional everywhere. More and more I see poor spelling; c'mon, don't they have spell check?

Doesn't this drive you crazy? Makes you wonder about the people who work there. If they can't even spell, what else are they lacking experience in? The very job they have to do that effects you, probably.

Every time I complain abut spelling, I have to go back and make double sure I didn't nispell something myself. :)
They probably thought that adding extra letters makes them smarter. Those are actually the Old English / Welsh spellings.
