Pineapple Ice Box Pie

My daughter’s favorite pie.

Pineapple Ice Box Pie

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 small container Cool Whip
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup pecan pieces
• 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Blend all ingredients together in mixing bowl and turn into baked pie shell. Chill for at least 4 hours in refrigerator before serving.

Note: You can also use a graham cracker crust.
